Formal recipes? No. But you could be extravagant and mix a quart of heavy cream with about a cup of honey (taste to suit, allowing for sweetness tending to be muted by cold), then freeze. If it's good honey that will be flavor enough by itself; beyond that, what to put it would depend on your taste (I still remember the apple pie, even if I wouldn't have dreamed of some of the things you put in it) and just what type of honey it is. (I wouldn't know what to match with buckwheat or wildflower honey, but I'd expect them to go with very different spices.)
